The project “Dinarides” covers the area from the mountain of Velika Kapela, via Velebit to Dinara. It is a poorly populated hilly area with large complexes of forests, mountain plateaus and a large number of sources of first-class drinking water. The great surface of wild nature, as well as the peculiarities of this mountain massif, have brought incredible variety of flora and fauna to one of the richest natural habitats in Europe.
